Accessing Reports

To access reports and analytics for you company, head to Menu > Reports

Account Payable & Receivable
Displays orders with outstanding balances between company, carriers and shippers

Quote Data
Generates a .csv file containing quote data for the selected time period. A .csv file can be opened with Excel and easily converts to .xls file.

Current Sales

Displays leads, quotes and orders by agents over a period of time.

 

Lead Source

Displays sales conversion rates and sales amount for each lead source for the selected time period.

 

Recorded Payments

Displays payments recorded for the selected time period.

 

Estimated Loads and Delivery Dates

Displays orders with an estimated load date for the selected time period.

 

Historical Order Status

Displays orders that became a certain status during the selected time period.
