Creating a New Carrier Profile
There are a few ways to add a carrier to your Cronetic account which will allow for easier referencing and improved broker-carrier relationship management. Keep in mind that each carrier profile is only referenceable based on how it's been added to your account. If you've added the new profile while dispatching through Central Dispatch, you can only reference the profile to dispatch only using this channel. The same applies when adding the details manually and through the Cronetic Dispatching feature.
1. You can add a new carrier as you are dispatching a load to the carrier. The option to do so will appear in the "dispatch to carrier" window.

By clicking "Add to saved carrier list" the information that is populated in this screen will create a new carrier profile on your Cronetic Account.
NOTICE:
Carrier's Email is the field you want to add the carrier's company email for future reference. The email input in this field will save when you add your new carrier profile to your account.
If you create the new account without the email information in this field, you can add it to the profile later by finding the carrier profile (Left Menu > Manage Accounts > Carriers)
Driver's Email is a field used to communicate the dispatch information to the driver once assigned. This field will not be saved in the carrier's profile when Dispatching or Creating a new carrier profile.

2. You can create a carrier profile by clicking the plus icon in your header, then "Add New Contact",

or heading to your Left Menu > Manage Accounts > Add Account.

The profile you create here will be easy for you to reference for future use.
Note: The information you manually create with this method will not be available in the drop-down when dispatching using the CentralDispath Method. Only for Dispatching directly through Cronetic.
Managing A Carrier Profile
To manage all the Carriers you've worked with before head to
(Left Menu > Manage Accounts > Carriers)

Here you will be able to edit the carrier information, save important files and reference previous jobs completed with your brokerage.
