Use Privilege Groups to assign viewing and processing permissions to groups of users.
To Create a New Group
- Head to Manage Users > Agents
- Click on New Group
- Name the group and select desired settings
- Click Add Group to save new group
To Edit a Group
- Head to Manage Users > Agents
- Click on Privilege Groups
- Select the name of the group
- Make necessary changes
- Click on Update Group to save changes
To apply group settings to a user
- Head to Manage Users > Agents
- Select agent that need's new group settings applied then Click Update Privileges
- Select the correct group from the dropdown field.
- Click on Update Group to save changes
