Based on the action or process of the deal, Cronetic is programmed to send Emails Automatically utilizing pre defined templates.  User's with Admin Privileges can edit this templates to match the brand of the organization.

When an agent first quotes a lead, Cronetic automatically pre-fills this email template and sends (given the agent selects the option to do so before sending the lead)
