Get a sense for what emails are performing and which clients are engaging. Cronetic displays if the emails were delivered, what time they were sent and if the client opened it.

To view what emails have been sent by the team and track open rates, head to Menu > Email > Sent Emails

To view emails by a specific user, click view icon on top right and select desired agent.
Sent Emails
Displays all emails sent manually by selected agent.
Quote Emails
Displays all emails sent while in quote status by selected agent
Order Emails
Displays all emails sent while in quote status by selected agent
