Configuring your Square Account
- Log into your Cronetic CRM Account.
- Head to your merchant account settings. ( must have admin rights to make these changes)
- In the SquareUp Section, click Integrate.
- Follow the prompts as the system guides you through integrating your Square account with
Cronetic. - Copy and Paste the tokens to the Square Card on your Cronetic settings page.
- Confirm your Cronetic Merchant Integrations settings are correct.
- Be sure to save your changes by clicking "Update Gateway".
It's a good idea to create test deals and test the workflows to confirm your integration is successful before lettings your clients get access.
The access you're granting to Cronetic will allow the following
- Cronetic to create/edit customers
- Store customer's credit card on your square account for future billing
- Capture Payments / Refund Payments
