To view a list of quotes, head to Menu > Quotes and select a status from the drop down menu.
Follow Up Today
Display quotes that were scheduled to be followed up on.
New Quotes
Displays a list of quotes that were recently created and has not been scheduled to be followed up on yet
On Hold
Displays a list of quotes that were placed on hold by agent
Archived
Displays a list of quotes that were archived by a user with the privileges to do so

Note: To view quotes assigned to specific user, click on the view icon located in the top right of the screen and select the desired user. To view all quotes, select All Accounts
Actions
By clicking on the Quote ID, you will be provided with options

View - Clicking on this option takes you to a new screen where you can see all the details of the quote, see the quote history, send emails, record notes and convert to order.
Edit - Clicking on this option takes you a new screen where you can edit the details of the quote. Be sure to save your changes before leaving this screen.
Convert to Order - Clicking on this option allows you to update the details of the quote before converting to an order status.
