Unverified Orders

Unverified Orders are online bookings done by the shipper from the emails they receive from your organization.    The shipper can book online by inputing their origin, delivery and payment information.  Based on the merchant payment settings found in integrations, the shipper is requested to input their credit card without being charged, or the payment is captured as they book.

The agent will be notified by email and Cronetic's Browser notification

To verify the order, click on the Order ID then View

After confirming the details with the shipper, you can click Verify Order and proceed with the booking process.
