Order list Display

To view a list of quotes, head to Menu > Orders and select a status from the drop down menu. 

Orders 
List of all new orders

Posted to CD
List of all order posted to Central Dispatch

Dispatched
List of all orders dispatched to a carrier

Issues
List of all orders with an issue that needs attention

Hold
List of orders placed in a Hold status by agent

Picked-Up Today
Orders that were scheduled to be loaded on "Today's" Date

Deliveries Today
Orders that were scheduled to be delivered on "Today's" Date

Archived
Orders that were cancelled by agent or admin

Note: To view quotes assigned to specific user, click on the view icon located in the top right of the screen and select the desired user. To view all quotes, select All Accounts

 

Actions

By click on the Order Id, you will be provided with the following options

View - Clicking on this option takes you to a new screen where you can see all the details of the order, see the order history, send emails, record notes, post/remove from load boards and dispatch to carrier. 

Edit - Clicking on this option takes you a new screen where you can edit the details of the order. Be sure to save your changes before leaving this screen.

Payments - Clicking on this option takes you to the order's payment details screen.
